If you find yourself wandering the lively streets of Meherban Colony in Islamabad, make sure to stop by Student Corner Restaurant. Nestled on Royal Avenue, this quaint café is a hidden gem that captures the true essence of local Pakistani cuisine and is particularly favored by students and locals alike.

What sets Student Corner apart is its commitment to serving authentic, home-style meals that cater to the palate of its patrons. The restaurant specializes in a selection of traditional dishes that include comforting daals, hearty qeema, and delectable haleem. You can also savor the savory nuances of their channay and opt for their mouth-watering roll prathas—a must-try that many loyal customers rave about.

The dining atmosphere is modest and straightforward, characterized by its no-frills decor that some might describe as outdated. However, this simplicity is charming and resonates with the restaurant's focus on delivering quality food rather than flashy aesthetics. With limited seating available—three small rooms packed with tables—it often creates an intimate yet bustling environment where the aroma of freshly prepared food fills the air, making your mouth water in anticipation.

Student Corner Restaurant is a 24/7 endeavor, perfect for anyone craving local dishes at any hour. Their dedicated staff works hard to ensure your dining experience is seamless. While some reviews like that of Muhammad Ahmad note that cleanliness could be improved, the overwhelming consensus from customers like Abbas Ahmad highlights the restaurant as the top choice for quality food in the area.

The enchanting allure of Student Corner extends beyond just the food. Whether you opt for the sweet and salty lassi or a warm cup of tea, each sip and bite is imbued with genuine flavors that resonate well with the comfort-seeking diner. Although there may be a wait during peak hours due to its popularity, the wait is often attributed to the high demand for their city's best meals, further cementing its status as a foodie hotspot.

In conclusion, if you're seeking a taste of traditional Pakistani fare infused with the charm of a local haunt, Student Corner Restaurant is your destination. With a wide array of dishes tailored to satisfy local cravings and an inviting, if humble, atmosphere, you are sure to leave with a satisfied belly and a happy heart.

It is a good food point for students in Royal Avenue, Islamabad. It provides daals, vegetables, channay, qeema, daal and channa rice, haleem, tikka, sweet and salty lassi, tea, etc in short it serves local and traditional food. It does not provides any fast food like burgers, zingers, etc. Food quality and quantity is good. It has only three rooms with three tables in each. The only best thing about student corner is that it provides fast food delivery in royal Avenue and the only worst thing about it, that its services are very slow. Mostly you have to wait more than 10-15 Minutes. They must have to increase their staff for bread cooking and for food serving.

Although the ambiance and style of the restaurant is outdated but their roll prathas are of must try category. 24 hours availability is another quite goof aspect of this restaurant.

Offers better food than the rest of places in Royal Avenue. Offers 24/7 delivery service. Orders can take longer sometimes because the place is usually overcrowded. Overall, best place to eat.

They have best aaloo prathas and tea. Just the place is quite messy, unclean and old. Sitting is again old but comfortable. By the time, they should actually work on cleanliness of place, and especially water jugs and glasses.
